I live in C.J. Seen it. Either free wheeling individuals with a care free attitude, intoxicated, kids on bikes, or other. I can see the need for an occasional Jay Walking ticket I suppose. I try to be the most careful driver and respect all pedestrians crossing whether in a crosswalk or not. But it’s a shocker avoiding the occasional mad dashers which you would almost surely be liable for if they were hit or struck. I have to watch out for pedestrians as a driver but the pedestrians still need to remember the act of looking both ways before crossing. Thanks.
